'Serengeti, wide open plaines for as far as the eye can see. The sun is already low as we find ourselves in the midst of the last pieces of the migration. Thousands of wildebeast are surrounding us... The last yellow beams of sun light up the hair of the running wildebeast. It is as if we are watching a beautiful documentary. We can't help but think of Dutch documentary filmmaker Hugo van Lawick who spent more than 30 years of his life here in the Serengeti and who captured the most stunning images of the Serengeti and it's inhabitants on film. His life was the Serengeti. A symphony of nature's beauty is surrounding us…
